Posted Nov 27, 2000 by Aurora (Muse au Chocolat; Muse of Fancy Footwear and Seraph of High Heels) When I first met my husband, he used to call me "et Schmitz" which is a colloquial cologne nickname for girls with the surname "Schmitz". ("Schmitz" equals the english "Smith" and is THE typical Cologne name.)
"Et Schmitz" is a bit long though and so we soon changed to "et" which in return became "@". I still usually sign "@" and my friends call me "@".
And when we got married our weddingcake was white with a huge black "@" in the middel.
I LOVE this entry!!! Thanks a lot for it!!!
