Can you bake a Sweet Potato and if so, what works?

Baked Sweet Potato

OK. I feel wierd answering this four years after the fact,but anyway.You can bake a sweet potato,same way you do a normal one,usually takes a bit less time.I have mine with the end cut off and a hole poked in it,then slide a slice of cheese in there,cut into round slices.
