If you're making tuna mayonnaise topping for your potato, it's also worth adding in a few spring onions (or scallions, depending where you are XD). Tastes great. smiley

Adding some grainy mustard and red pepper to the mayo & spring onions is even better. Then smother with grated cheese. Mmmmmm.

It really is. Also good on bagels if you can't be bothered baking potatoes.
I just checked out your home page... good luck with the Masters! My PhD (cellular & molecular biology) is also from Glasgow, many happy memories of the place.
