After extolling the virtues of humous yesterday, I have to say that this it at the entirely opposite end of the scale - bland tasteless sludge. I had the misfortune to be recommended this by a friend whilst in Italy - she's still a friend, but I trust her judgement on matters culinary somewhat less now.
