my favourite Phil story is when he travelled in (I think) South America some guy in the crowd pushed to the front with his little girl all done up and pushed her toward Phil shouting "your highness this is my daughter Maria, she is four years old today". To which Phil responds "So?" and walks on down the line.
The man is the undisputed God of Empathy and Archangel of tactful awareness.
