I wasn't expecting a conversation about chat-up lines to include much about the admission charges for historic monuments in rural mid-Kent.
Interesting, though, my dad used to live in Maidstone and we've driven past Leeds Castle many times. (Is there a castle in Leeds called Maidstone Castle?) Never been in, though. Probably cost too much...
