Hi Joanna!

A question about your Jupiter entry A402003.

You say

"This [metallic hydrogen] layer is highly compressed under a pressure of 10 million atmospheres and can conduct electricity, and it is this layer that generates Jupiter's great gravitational field."

Did you mean to say "gravitational field" or did you mean "magnetic field"?

Hmm. Could go either way. And it was a long time ago that I wrote it erm

Probably magnetic, but if that's the most massive part, then it could be gravitational...

...and it's been a while so you may well have resolved this already haha

I think given what you've said that I'll change it to "magnetic".

I agree. It's trivial and not worthy of mention that the most massive part generates the gravitational field.
