Posted Mar 2, 2002 by Researcher 190582 It isn't just down under where you can find men and boys playing netball. There's now an England mens netball team, and lots of clubs around the country with male players. There are a couple of men-only leagues and mixed leagues.
And before anyone asks, men mostly wear shorts when playing netball. But, as more men play in mixed teams or practice with ladies only teams, it is no longer unheard of for a male player to show off his legs in a regulation short, pleated skirt. But not me, of course!

Posted May 3, 2002 by Netballman There are indeed lots of guys playing netball in mixed teams and leagues - but where are these men's leagues you mention? The last one I was aware of was based in Basingstoke, but that was YEARS ago. Any information on any such CURRENT leagues would be much appreciated...Ta.

Posted Dec 19, 2002 by Netballman Indeed - there are LOTS of mixed leagues, and a Mixed Netball Association (despite IFNA and AENA not recognising it). But it was the comment about MEN'S leagues I was interested in. Anyone know of any?
