i've just deleted unintentionally a nice journal entry of mine. is it possible to bring it back? and if so, how?

Click into one of your other Journals and look to the right hand corner, you will see a list of all your journals.. Click on the one you want to bring back, you might have to make a posting to do that, it's been so long since I've done it.
