Soylent Green will become a staple in the food supply of the increasingly huge human population of Earth.
Rocket cars will become increasingly popular.
After World War III, a guy will invent warp drive and make contact with a bunch of green-blooded, pointy-eared aliens who become allies of Earth. Decades later, one of these aliens will be the sidekick of a human captain on a star ship with hidden onboard time-traveling cameras which will record the spaceship's adventures and transmit the footage back to the second half of the 20th century and first half of the 21st.
After another major war which blows mankind back to the stone age, apes will quickly evolve better brains and opposable thumbs and then take their place as the rightful rulers of Earth.
The Earth will be taken over by machines which somehow use humans as a power source by hooking them into a giant Matrix(tm), even though this is one of the most inefficient uses of energy ever concieved. The giant Matrix(tm) will have a VR hookup for the brains of the power-source humans so they'll believe that they're living their lives normally in the 20th century.
America will establish bases on the Moon and farm its fertile soil while simultaneously soundly thrashing the nefarious Red Chinese and Soviets.
None of the above predictions will come true.
