jaffa cake

i was looking on the net for a reciepe for a jaffa cake 3 days ago...i found this site and got side tracked and became "pattycakes".. i have a wedding coming up soon (not mine, im the cake decorator) and the bride is hoping for one of the tiers to be jaffa cake, what i have seen so far looks like the size of bikky,s...can anyone helpcake thanks
