Marmite
Post: 1
Posted Sep 23, 2005 by Gem - leave a message and I'll get back to you!!
I like marmite, my first memories are of my nan making me a Marmite sandwhich. It's was one of the few things I liked going to my grandparents house for.

White bread by all means, try spreading thick butter (has to be Anchor butter though) on first and then a thin layer of Marmite until the two merge - ummmm!!

The other way I like to enjoy it is through the holes in Jacobs Cream Crackers. Spread butter onto two crackers, put Marmite on the butter, press the two crakers together and watch the results squelch through the holes!! ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

By the way Folic acid is good if you want to get pregant or are having a baby (it's also found in spinich, so I've been told - yuk).
