Nara Japan 7:40 am Up until today this year has been dry but last night I heard the rain starting to hit the skylight in our bedroom, it is supposed to be showery today and tomorrow , I think we need it as my grass turned brown a month ago,it is 43 f at the moment going to 50 f max .

Partly cloudy but dull, there was a brief period of sunshine about 15 minutes. The top temperature is 1°C and it is going to go down to at night time -9°. There is no wind today.

Jack had a knack of always getting the sack.
He was always late, and would not take the slack.
He was a hack, and always wore a mac.
Jack came back, with a mighty whack.
He became head of the pack and is well on track.
Jack would work at a cracking rate.
He was always punctual and hated to be late.
He is now very popular and is a great mate.
Jack loved to debate and he could relate.
At winter at break time he would go out in the cold.
He would skate on the lake with great flare and was very bold.
Jack knows a medic called Frederic who is a bit of a quack.
Everyone laughed when he got the medic a brass plaque.
But Jack said he was much better now and true to the letter.
Frederic was a typesetter but now he is a successful bonesetter.
He has now become very successful and now is a jetsetter.

It's sooo cold here in Loughborough (England). It's just below Zero in centigrade and it's generally very icy - I thought my nose was going to drop off when I ventured outside!

well, honestly, its dark outside so i cant see if there are any clouds etc.
sounds windy...
possibly raining. im playing music and cant really hear properly...
hold on while i go to the window.
theres lightning but no rain... 
might have to turn the computer off...

Cloudy and misty to start off and rain around 8:40 am. It brightened up from 9:30 and it has been glorious sunshine, the clouds have slowly been dissipating since noon. The top temperature is a balmy 7 °C although it feels like 4°C but even with the wind, it feels the warmest it has for a month. The wind speeds are 13mph SSW.

Nara Japan 12:45 pm Another cold 42 f windy sunny day ,I did see a few snow drops fluttering around when I was outside just now which probably means it's snowing in Kyoto

Minnesota, USA:
We are expecting an Alberta clipper this week. The high for the week was this morning at -16C/3F. Our coldest night is projected to be -31C on Thursday. Black ice will definitely be a problem. These are dangerously cold temps.

Good morning from London on Tuesday 13th January around 9.15am. It's a grey overcast day here today but it's much milder than it has been the past couple of weeks. I was able to walk to the tube station this morning without buttoning my coat or wrapping my scarf - it's almost like summer! There's no breeze and the current temp is around 9-10c.
