This seems oddly similar to my own entry at A2662319 although to be fair you seem to have expanded a lot more than I did. Even so Im still faintly jealous yours got put on the front page

Oh my you are right! There are some odd similarities.
Something strikes me, though. I've been thinking about a way to convert my text to a monologue, something compatible with, say, a stand-up number, as an exercise in writing. Never got to do it really, because I could'nt find ways to rephrase my entry so it would be more punchy and less formal.
Well, it seems your text is already written that way. (there's even a 'thank you' at the end!)
Now, I'm the jealous one! Your entry belongs to the front *stage*, if not the front page

Despite the trace amounts of sarcasm, thanks for the compliment  . I can just never persuade myself to make things look prettier for the purposes of this sort of thing. Effort required.
