in mughlai dishes ghee is used for others oil in indian preparations meat can be roasted barbecued tandoored boiled and baked or fried to be eaten or gravy of curds ,tomatoes,spices,or cream be added to the cooked meat kheema is mincd meat, tikka is dry roast or barbequed
