in srilanka budhism is mainly practised -hinayana and mayur dance is part of there folk culture they do have some nice tea the girls have lotus eyes large ptal-shaped slanted pointed they don"t dance like the south indians but like the sculpted statues from the budhist caves each joint and limb moves gracefully
