I'm really pleased this has made the front page so quickly.
Will it stay here a few days? I shouldn't think that many folks will be able to read all that well-researched material today

Posted Jun 21, 2004 by Mu Beta I believe it is on the Front Page all week.
And it won't suddenly disappear afterwards, honest.

Posted Aug 2, 2004 by Estelendur (AKA Esty) The English (or American) language needs more words meaning 'amazing', 'awesome', 'awe-inspiring', etc.

Posted Feb 26, 2005 by gifugirl That entry was absolutely amazing I'm so impressed
I really like Billy Joel, but it's hard to find other people in the UK who have even heard of him
I don't know if you've seen 'Shall We Dance' but one of the characters in it is holding the 'Glass Houses' LP no songs in the film by BJ though...
I bow to your amazing entry

Posted May 5, 2005 by lordhagakure I was surprised that you struggled to find Brits who have heard of Billy Joel. Admittedly he is most well known for his 1983 no 1 Uptown Girl, but has toured extensively here and his records are still avaialable in almost any record store. Its such a shame that at present he is in the papers again for personal problems. He trult is "the entertainer".
