Pretend you are a dainty flower of womanhood and that life is just all too much for you to bear at the moment. blush

Theatrically lift your arm with the watch to your forehead and heave a long, drawn-out, audible sigh.

Sneak a peak at your watch while sighing.

This works best if you are a bit near-sighted and you don't mind developing a reputation as something of a drama queen. biggrin
