It says that he has never had any charges against him, because it predates the whole 2003 "sleeping with boys" scandal. It also doesn't mention the babies, and the baby-dangling incident. I think they should be included.

I think it would be better if you removed the reference to Madonna from the opening paragraph. This entry is about Michael Jackson, and I think the first paragraph should tell you who he was and why he is remembered.

Start with a strong paragraph which is a tribute to the man. You could put in a few trivia then in a second paragraph if you want.
