You have me listed under your "The Assassins" drop down box. While I am indeed a professional Assassin, I don't recall having formally joined your club to the best of my knowledge.
Unless it was someone attempting to masquerade as me, which has happened once or twice much to their regret. There's only ever been one Shadow or §hadow as I prefer to be called on H2G2 and that would be me.

he asked to be called by this in the guild but i can change it if you wish...

Actually, my normal signature or should I say original signature was always...

Depends mainly on how I'm feeling. Anyway, I only usually use the full ~§hadow sign off during my first few posts to a forum. And usually the is the one I use most. I believe "Every man is forced from time to time to hoist the skull and crossbones and slit a few throats to get the job done."
Regarding the name, I suppose as long as you're known specifically as Skenvoy a.k.a. Shadow ACE it's no big deal. Just so long as you don't tarnish my good name by flubbing any assignments and/or generally acting like a mark.
By the by, what exactly does the assassins guild DO on H2G2? I'm quite familiar with methodology IRL, but I find it difficult to fathom how one would go about "retiring" someone online.

oh we jump out from the shadows....
possably create a new form on that persons page...
possably track them to some orginisation that allows fighting...
like the tertanic army the thingites and meny others...
or sometimes we invite them to fight in the guild hq itself...
