Hey Farlander,

I must have learnt something when I subbed this entry!
I am watching a cookery programme (out of desperation as there is nothing else on) and they are making burgers. They just did a brief history of it and it is everything you have written about and I remembered it! I kept saying to myself "I know that!"

Just goes to show it all sinks in. laugh
