For weeks now myself and "the thinker", had been doing a guide entry, of the photos sent by nikita, rich surjested do the guide as a travalogue.so we did
-
Kat, found the text, and reworded it, and i had set the photos to the areas.

This morning i received an email to say my guide had been blocked.
-
TWO, reasons from what i read.
-
1"the text was like a set travalogue",2 the photos didnt show they where from a specific time.or area, ie i suppose website they mean.
-
Any of you that have seen the photos on the journal, will know some are date stamped.
-
So it was yiked/blocked.
-
I spent hours over the last 4 months or so, to do the photos to the tinypic, and kat weeks to do the text.
-
Never again,ive deleted it, im not going through a rigmaroll to explain who nikita is, she is a researcher, the photos from her trip in the last months, and kat finding and rewording for hours.
-
H2g2 as lost a good guide, and what we,me and kat would have hoped would been in  .
-
So the photos will, unless they deam them not allowed, be found on the journal. jim

I am very sad about that. I was really looking forward to it, and the photos were splendid.

if h2g2 instaed of just, hit the yike, would take time to contact as a normal email and ask first, but its, press the yike, and ask after.
-
months went into the guide, and what got me mad, was that, it was infering that, kat, had just taken from a website, with travalogue info, which she haddnt, me they can yike me all they want, i gave up bothering a while back, if kat haddent said she was wanting to help to have the photos to see and text, then for the post, i would have just had the photos on the guide.

in the guide, i made ref to, nikita, so would it have hurt to see who she was, and the journal, would have shown up to.

i might still have the email of the post entry, if i have i will let you know. and email it as an email. jim xx

I'm sorry about that Jim & The Thinker . Its a real shame that Nikita's photos will not have a much larger audience, because they were very well done. Some were absolutely stunning, but they also showed another world, one that is fascinating to see from the outside.

a few "ifs"

if i still have the mod email, if i can sort the photo problem with the journal link, and if i can explain.to the mods satifaction, the text done by kat was reworded. and they return the guide.
-
then and only then, i might send to ,<hepost>.

after all the work me and kat as done to keep the photos together, for all to see. as websailor said, they are not, the run of the mill, as most do of places like china.
-
so im at the cyber at 11am, and fingers crossed should be able to sort the mixup out.

if it where me, then ide say, no way, but kats part of the equasion jim

some good news,
-
the h2g2 as agreed the photos, i do have the needed permission.
-
and kat as said she will be rewording the text.
-
so after a chat with kat, if the h2g2 lot, allow us to, kat will do the guide, as she as put more into it, and i will take second place this time.
-
she will then enter it to as a joint effort.
-
so in time, we should have the photos so anyone that read will et to see the 90+ photos, we hope jim

we got the ok to allow kat to take over as the primary, so the guide, when reworded will be on kats space.it was only fair as my photos where done over a few months, so ready to add again.

after the guides done, kat will enter to and it will be fingers crossed again. jim
