Hello John,
I hope all is well wherever you may be at this exact moment. My mom
has been following your progress and sending me updates while I have been in the "lovely" countryside of Afghanistan. As of now, I am back in the States (greatfully so!). We are now recovering and taking care of all the administrative points that need addressing. On June 16, we will be given a 30 day block of
leave, our first true time off since before the deployment. I would like to (with Nathaniel of course) meet you in London or wherever you may be at that time, or I would like to visit you in Ardmore. If this is at all possible, please let me know. Understand that I don't want to add to your list of things needed to get done
after such an expedition - I know that you will be extremely busy.
However, it would be awesome (as we Americans like to say) to see you and MC in London or in Ardmore or somewhere in between. We're even willing to work for a couple of weeks.
