Must be in the air. whistle

I once went to Rock'n'Roll classes when I was a student. Loved it but broke a tiny bone (http://www.la-coaching-academy.de/p.../home-beweglichkeit-3-sesamoide.jpg) in my foot when demonstarting what had learnt on the tiled kitchen floor in student halls. silly

Ouch bruised

We had rock'n'roll for a few weeks at school during Sports lessons. I quite liked that sports teacher actually.

*watches Toybox's dance card fill up*

I can remember the basic steps and a couple of jumps and throws but I'm far too heavy now to do any of that. I'll watch, thank you. As for singing - I'll happily do backing vocals.

poor boyhug
you should try some stretching:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9gaTeEzVGUU

try those or other similar exercices every day, and before and after the lessons.
Or practice a bit of yoga everyday.zen
