Dreads n tings!
Posted Dec 10, 2002 by Zarniroop (er.... I'll think of something amusing to put here soon!)
having not used any hair care products in over a decade I'd like to put forward the case that u don't need conditioner, if you don't use shampoo to strip the natural oils from your hair!
I went for three years without using anything but water to clean my hair! It transformed it from a dry, unmanageble mess with split ends everywhere, no matter how much conditioner, hot oil, etc I used. To a really quite good condition with no split ends!

Shame the article doesn't make enough of the fact your own natural oils are the best thing for conditioning yr hair!

Z.

Do you have dreads? If not, how do you manage with combing your hair, and how long did it take for the washing with water to start working? Also, do you have thick hair or thin? As I have thick hair, if I left my hair unwashed except for water, it would get very matted and knotted.
