Here are some tasty alternatives.

*Cheapo packet rice (Asda's paella, thai and golden savoury are particularly nice) with left over chicken breast.

*White rice cooked with broccoli with garlic sauce (will require chewing gum!)

*Pasta with sweetcorn, green beans, spring onion and cubes of beetroot. Make an easy vinegraitte-y dressing with juice from beetroot jar and dab of mustard and pour over.

*Cold colcannon (similar to champ)Boil cubes of spuds with leek, cabbage and nutmeg in milk until soft. Mash and eat. If I make colcannon for tea, I save a small bowl for my dinner the next day.smiley

*Wholemeal pitta with thinly sliced turkey, coldslaw and green pepper.
