Is the child support agency fair regarding second families.(permalink)

I have supported my two children soley now for eight years .My current husband and i have a son together and he has a daughter from a previous relationship who he pays £290 a month to support. This high amount was set because his ex partner applied for a departure assessment meaning to have 50% of my wages taken into consideration along with my husbands ( even though she has a partner who works as does she and they have recently bought their property) tell the csa this and they do not want to know. So how fair is the assessment my husband pays 25% of his wages with my wages taken into consideration. What about the parent with care and their partner why is that not taken into consideration. no they would rather persecute the fathers that pay and their so called second families. So what is the solution to this problem appeal yes appeal but the csa is a tough nut to crack as they do not deal with feelings and emotions and only take mortgage and polltax into consideration. So where is the fairness in our assessment as i have mentioned i support my two children from a previous relationship yet they still take 50% of my wages into consideration where is the fairness in that . The truth is there is no fairness the csa deals in facts and figures and the parent with care seems to have more rights than the father. So the future of the csa is bleak very bleak and hopefully this will give way to a fairer system where all parties are dealt with fairly with equal rights for second families.
