A police call box flies through the space-time vortex: the banner of the h2g2 Doctor Who group.

Doctor Who is the longest-running science-fiction television series in the world. The original series ran from 1963-1989, while a TV movie and a couple of charity specials bridged the gap to the brand new series, which began in 2005 to huge critical acclaim.

The h2g2 Doctor Who group brings together fans from all over h2g2. Here you can talk about your favourite episodes, Doctors, companions and monsters. All elements of the Doctor Who universe are up for discussion - from the TV series to the books, the comic strips, even the merchandise (are you brave enough to admit to owning a pair of Doctor Who underpants?)

To join up, simply post a message in the Conversation forum below and you'll be part of the gang.

The only additional rule we have is that if you're discussing recently published books or DVDs of TV stories in any way that could be considered a spoiler, you should mark the heading of your post 'SPOILER'.

Doctor Who in the h2g2 Edited Guide

We're currently looking for ideas for new Doctor Who entries to go into the Edited Guide. These are the ones we already have:

Can you help us fill in the gaps? We'd love to have entries on all of the other Doctors, on the new series and on other enemies the good Doctor has faced. If you fancy having a go, let us know in the forum below.
