Our friends on the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy movie have sent us some utterly gorgeous design sketches that give us a thrilling glimpse at how the film is going to look.

One of the pictures shows Arthur Dent (played in the film by Martin Freeman) standing in the middle of his demolished house, just as a huge alien spaceship appears overhead. Fans of the radio series and books might be able to guess what the other designs represent, but we're not going to spoil the surprise just yet...
