A full moon overlooking the Niagara Falls
A full moon over Niagara Falls, by Terry McCreesh, Belfast.
Originally what I liked most was the fact that I successfully 'guessed' the exposure. I also felt that I had captured a different mood to this much-photographed landmark. Now I get more pleasure out of other people's reactions when they see the shot.

There are dozens of photographs taken of major world landmarks every single day, and the vast majority of them look very similar. However, this photograph of Niagra Falls caught a very special moment frozen in time. The lighting, the colours captured in the image, and the beauty of the Full Moon over the top of the falls made this image a very special one indeed.
