Are doctors overpaid? Something gives them the right to speak to vulnerable people as though they have a hotline to GOD. What gives them this psychological profile of general narcissism? Kind to the wealthy but treating the vulnerable as unwanted vermin?
'Do No Harm' the oath of doctors, doesn't mean 'kill by neglect from doing nothing'.
Due to suffering of frail, immobile and depressed patients, doctors are allowing the elderly and infirm die from dehydration as a means of ending the depressing lives of such people.
They know it's not possible for humans to live like that after a few days of no water.
It is easy to have empathy with the doctors to a degree, as they are not an authority on longevity, cell repair or depression. Looking at cutting - edge research, such as that of Dr. Aubrey De Grey - http://www.sens.org - might improve peoples' health, if only they'd look at the possibilities for longer, healthier life instead of looking only at chemicals, the medical profession and big phrama has everything to gain from investment in this area of longevity research, any health or business minded person with sense can see that.
There is no need for human suffering in England today.
Once you've lost your strength you appear to have lost your life to one of certain depression, followed by death, largely due to the poor training and poor services only available for such incredibly vulnerable people. Whom is accountable? Anybody out there?
There appears to be no/little enforceable legislation to protect vulnerable people. Among these unlucky souls, a few dying of depression will be doctors and scientists knowing they should have done more good for the vulnerable. Hard to be charitable when enjoying yourself too much, not too many unhappy doctors about.
Social workers have no set-rules but generally bury themselves in social welfare law books and learn how to defer blame.
My auntie was a lovely lady whom passed away recently. Throughout her advanced years, lived in terror of social workers intrusion or fear of them taking her away and with the threat of losing her home shoudl she become too weak. She wanted to die as was too afraid to ask for help when she needed it. She was a realist.
In hospital after a heart attack, we think due to not being able to reach the telephone (she didn't know about the Telephone Preference Sceme http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/tps ) she was left so dehydrated her lips were bleeding and stuck together. A day later she was dead.
Come on England, lets be nicer and help people who really need it.
When did we become a nation of bullies kicking the dying Mr.Brown?
