I have met recently with a Training Team who specialise in Training Females in Security Awareness and Self Protection Skills.

They are highly experienced and have worked in some of the worlds most hostile regions, so you actualy do get advice from the people that have literaly BEEN THERE DONE THAT AND HAVE KEPT THE TEE SHIRT !!!!

This is much better than the local Karate instructor who wants you to come down to the village hall on a sunday morning and roll around in your tracksuit.


The Training company is called KISS ACADEMY which stands for Keep It Safe Security.

There aim is to train females in the art of security awarenes to enable them to avoid being in vulnerable and dangerous situations in the first place.

At the end of their course they spend some time teaching Simple Self Protection Skills to enable females to Strike and escape (Fight and Flight) they dont want to teach you to trade punches or grapple with an attacker, they mearly give you the skilss to get away safely.
