Family law: Family Law secrecy:

Family law secrecy will + wont be stopped.

The secrecy of family courts will be lifted: but in the private family law arena. Secrecy of family courts involving public law - meaning Social work + local authority involvement, will have to remain secret as these professionals have broken too many laws to reverse this secrecy. There are thousands of social workers, CAFCASS officers, Solicitors + courts staff that have themselves been flagrantly guilty of conspiring to pervert the course of justice, perjury etc. Just too many of them have done this + been supported by their bosses and the government. It would be thousands of arrests if the public family law courts were to be opened + previous goings on within scrutinised by the media.
CAFCASS is so NOT impartial it has it's offices in London within the Family Court itself. The officers openly lunch with judges + solicitors + the well-known practice of 'wrapping up' is done by all parties excluding parents ie all cases + outcomes are decided long before getting to 'the final hearing' after much milking of public purse-strings and heartbreak of split families - keeping families alienated is a number one priority, so much for 'resolution's. Solicitors not only speak to each other but to judges + local authorities 'to determine times + availability' they dont let you know the outcome is decided too, unless you catch them doing so as so many legal secretaries are aware + court staff. All guilty of criminal offences. Great British justice huh?
