This means

But it also means

The difference is - they were the first. Not the best, of course. Just the first. Somebody had to do it. Somebody had to show the way. The big mistake we made was to think that these were the people to do it.

As usual, it seemed like a good idea at the time. Take a small group of trainee researchers from all five corners of the galaxy, settle them on planet earth and just wait for the guide entries to roll in.

We were hoping for sensible entries like this.

Or wryly amusing entries like this.

Passionate entries. Angry entries. Authoritative entries.

How wrong we were.

Jack Shannon, and his trusty sidekick, Sideswipe, fixated unhealthily with underworld sea-life issues, sent us this.

Amelia B, assuming her role as Field Researcher to be just a hiccup on her ascent to the editorship itself, sent us this.

Fizz
just rambled.
Toobitzlied.

And Leopold, well, we should have known what Leopold would send us.

Which leaves you. Our only hope. It’s only a small planet. But we need entries on everything in it. Which is were you come in. If you don’t know how to submit an entry, click here.

Why should dolphins have all the fun?
