I began using computers to make animation as a teenager in the early 90s. As my skills (and the machines) developed I began teaching then freelancing as a 3D Artist. I’ve worked the whole spectrum from corporate video, commercials, music videos, long form TV and feature films such as Alien Versus Predator and Harry Potter. In many of these roles I’ve been responsible for developing the look of a particular effect or sequence.

I didn’t start making animation because I wanted a job, rather that I was just curious to make things. Consequently I’ve always managed my own projects alongside freelance work. Hopefully the accolade of winning the Radar Festival will allow these projects to come to the fore…
