Elisabeth’s production experience began at Maverick Television, where she gained extensive experience of shooting in the digital medium. Following work on a number of short films, Elisabeth spent 18 months on the UK Film Council’s Development Executive Training scheme, through which Elisabeth worked in the development departments of Arcane Pictures and Impact Pictures. Since then Elisabeth has been working as a freelance script editor for companies including Impact, MTV Europe, Focus Features and Giant Films. Most recently, Elisabeth was part of the post-production team on Terry Gilliam’s Tideland, and produced Rare Books and Manuscript, a 10mn 35mm romantic comedy starring Neve McIntosh (Ghormenghast, Bodies). Rare Books was the one of the recipients of the UK Film Council 2005 completion fund award and premiered at the 2005 Edinburgh International Film Festival to great popular success. It has been touring the festival circuits since, screening at the London Film Festival, Brief Encounters, Bang! and Clermont Ferrand and many others. She has also produced comedy horror short Night of the Hell-Hamsters, whose crew include visual fx specialists from Lord of the Rings, Sin City and The Da Vinci Code; it is now in post-production. ambitions
