I was born in the ‘Cotswolds’, a rural area in Southern England. After leaving school I attended Art College, where I studied mainly as a painter and photographer. After being accepted to study Fine Art in London, I made my first film on video. I soon left painting to study film in the North of England. My graduation short ‘Routine was well received on the festival circuit and won several awards. I have since made two short films ‘Field’ and ‘Love Me Or Leave Me Alone’, which has allowed me to pursue my style of filmmaking and develop my approach to storytelling. As well as filmmaking I am currently developing photography and installation projects.
