synopsis
A mild-mannered rambler journeys through the hills of North Wales. Along the way he immerses himself in the wonder of nature. Slowly, things begin to lose their familiar innocence, and with the help of a mischievous young goat, the rambler soon finds himself in a very strange and surreal world.

"Ramble on" was amateur, it lacked a smooth edge and looked out of date. I assume Lock's skill was far from what Matt described. From a female audience perspective it did not work, and that Lock's direction was focused primarily on the male audience, poor knowledge and understanding came through in this short film he rushed to produced.

Thanks Matt but credit really needs to go to Tom for his great characters and wicked animation! I was glad to help and hope Tom continues his success with Big Jeff and more!

A fabuolus movie. Once again Ben Lock has demonstrated that he is the finest producer in Europe. How long can it be befoe he is snapped up by Hollywood?

A nice-looking animation. The attention to little details was particularly enjoyable, although a lack of story and the descendence into a surrealist 60s pop video style towards the end didn't appeal to me.

    Dear Tom,

    Absolutely terrific job!

Great characterisation, loved the winking bird turning it's back - LOL! - and the cheeky goat.

You have it all in this piece.

    With warmest regards
    John
