synopsis
Tensions mount in surely the shortest game ever, as match emotions are condensed into a short animation by studio aka regular, Grant Orchard.

This film was chosen to be part of the BBC Summer of British Film (shorts): Comedy season. Watch more SOBF: Comedy shorts on film network.
short fact
Originally an exercise in After Effects this turned into a mini film celebrating the joys of a good kick around in the park. Basic and simple graphics for a basic and simple game. Despite the lack of details it still took two years to complete between commercials and other film commitments, also a general lack of being bothered when there was spare time.

Cinematic release March 2008:
From March 7th until early June, MINI UK and Future Shorts are bringing back short film to mainstream cinema, and Park Foot Ball is one of them! Screenings of the short films will take place prior to feature-length films including 10,000 BC, There will be Blood, Love in the Time of Cholera, Indiana Jones and many more...

    I really liked it.

What is the deal with the birds attacking (and killing?) the first player?
