synopsis
An animation based around a poem of an adolescent girl whose meeting with a strange and mysterious character called "Seth" creates a night of escapism that changes the order of the world.
Although the subject is grim, the film portrays the beauty and charm that exists within a twisted atmosphere.
short fact
Created within a 3 month period for a final MA project, the animation is accompanied by an original musical soundtrack overlaid by a poem - both created/composed by the director. The soundtrack uses an eastern instrument - the Tabla merged in with an acoustic guitar - mixing Indian and English notations. Allthough the film is 2D, the idea was to make it as 3D as possible, by colouring in frames entirely in Photoshop.
