Naoko is a complete insomniac. She tried everything to sleep. She works in her own sushi restaurant and she is living close to the Tsukiji Market, thebiggest fish market in the world.

    I thought this was simple and charming.

    For me, I'd have preferred less explanation right at the end. I don't think the film needed it at all. But it didn't take away from my enjoyment.

    A very nice animation!

    I really enjoyed seeing this. You have a distinctive style of work, which is excellent to see.

    The rhythm and repetitiveness of sounds and images puts you into a trance like state and leaves you feeling drowsy. You have created a wonderful short using very limited amount of words and very simple unconventional imagery.

    I thought this was pretty cool, a nice simple well told story and the animation style fits very well. A message for insomniacs everywhere!!
