poignant, beautiful, sad, hard hitting in a soft but incisive way - an important piece of thoughtful moving image that deserves a very big audience.

Chiu's brilliant illustrations, imagery, and deft use of montage in Black Day To Freedom make it an inimitable ensemble - a truly original and stylish piece of film.
