Really enjoyed this... despite the subject matter being so sad. The directing and acting were both excellent.

I enjoyed this film very much. Well paced and I love the fact that as the viewer we were drawn into thinking we knew what was going on.

Well directed and edited. The reval was top draw.

More please Mr Ducker

An unusually thought-provoking short which easily segues from comedic discomfort to a genuinely moving and dark denouement. Beautifully shot, with great music and strong performances all round.

This psychological twister is beautifully shot...and we would hope so at a whopping £12,000. The unsettling mood and tension do fill the swish surroundings of this stylish top floor apartment. Any musical accompaniment is always tricky but Guy Ducker has handled this with the subtlety it deserves.

We come to learn that modernity and career success do not buy everything in life. I encourage readers to watch this to find out.

Credit must also be given to the actors: Clara Andersson essaying the role of Mark's confidante gives a stellar performance and so does Iain Fraser as Mark himself.

Without a doubt, Ducker should be (and I'm sure is) mightily pleased.

I enjoyed this film. It was a shame that the synopsis told me that the plot hangs on what Mark's colleagues are going to tell him, as I was a bit on the defensive as to what this was. I am not sure whether the film would be the same if I had not guessed what it was they were to tell him.

To the film maker's credit, this did not matter too much. I am not sure whether he intended it to be a 'twist' ending or not. I actually enjoyed watching the film knowing what was coming (albeit a guess). It was very sensitively filmed and acted, with a simple technique. Good short film.
