It seems Heather Mills gave "innacurate evidence" in court.

What a pity it wasn't able to be used as contempt.

This posting has been hidden during moderation because it broke the House Rules in some way.

I chuckled at the amount she wants for her charities.

Duly edited Mr Moderator.

To be fair I shouldn't have said such a thing about Telford Magistrate court. But I will use your thread to post an associated one. Are charities being too greedy latching on to high profile celebrities? There I've done it. I'll save Shropshire board for my Jim Hawkins thread.

I heard on the radio yesterday that Ms Mills claimed that when she met Paul McCartney, she had no idea who he was <doh>

I blame all you Beatle maniacs who made Paul a celebrity.

Pom thinks that all celebrities should sign a contract to say that they won't break their marriage contract.

A guy on tv last night said he thought Heather should have had half of McCartney's fortune, as long as she could prove she wrote at least one of the Beatles' songs !

Ah, coz the ex-wife of a multi-millionaire has taken him to court to fight for her rightful share of the booty so she can care financially for their baby etc., this then gives the right of the media and forums to make corny jokes about people with amputated limbs.

I don't see why not. Her success at court is indeed proof that the saying 'she didn't have a leg to stand on' is in fact incorrect...

I don't have a lot of time for the woman but after reading tastless <removed so as not offend Mods> above, I am starting to feel for her. Can I suggest to sniggerers that they start off taking a carving knife to a couple of their own toes and see how they get on, before having a giggle at a full amputee.

Her apalling behaviour is her own fault, her disability isn't.

I had thought better of you guys.

In todays Sun, the front shows Ms Mills with the headline 'Pornocchio'. Considering what they print, that's a touch hypocritical isn't it?
