I suppose it must be boring.

I suppose you have a wonderful life? That must be why you are on here posting on a BBC board for the majrity of your day.

I suppose it gives you a great feeling of self importance trying to belittle people via the internet, whilst probably telling your mates (If you actually have any) how you have been chatting to babes online all day.

You are more than likely a tesco meal for one addict, with an unhealthy interest in trains.

That im sure is a wonderful life!!

Dont shop at Tesco son, evil place! Meal for one? Nah, me and my partner enjoy home cooking thanks. I also dont spot trains, I do use them however when I venture out to the great world that is out there! And no, I dont mean jumping the train with the "lads" to go watch ANOTHER game of football.

Poor sod aint ya! <laugh>

Well, I would deem you the "poor sod" as you are the one that has racked up 500+ posts on a website!

Must have an amazing social life!

500 posts? Considering I only signed up on Friday, that's pretty amazing. Or you're just lying!

Go away now, you're boring me. Go watch your silly little Downs game, wooo!!!

So you didnt write this:

A good afternoon to all!

I was a regular user of these wonderful boards until I got bored and forgot about them, lol.

Anyhoo, I have returned and wondered if some of my old favourites are still roaming the boards? You know who you are!

Dan

You were on here long enough to have favourites!!

Sad, Old, Lonely man!

I rest my case!

Sad? No. Old? No. Lonely? No.

A bunch of old men discussing some cheap little league online all day long, yapping about players no one knows, that is sad and lonely.

Go home and give the wife one or two will ya!

I think somebody who memorises all of somebody elses postings is pretty sad...<laugh>

Seeing as I am 24, I am probably younger than you. As are most of the people that play in the "cheap" league (not actually sure how a league can be cheap though?). People on here do know about the players, because they play with them.

Consistently trying to wind these people up, aided by a sad little internet friend, can only be taken as a cry for attention which you seek in your life, but are too scared to look for.

I suggest spending a little less time on here, and a little bit more time in the "real world".

Maybe you could do with a pastime, it may help you out, but for the future, if it does not interest you, just don't comment.

Its as simple as that!

Or clicks on their username, to show previous posts?

Dont pretend that you dont know how it works, this is your life on here!

The real world? What like Downs Football? <laugh>

Bet you're just a bunch of pub blokes with guts, knowing full well you'll never make the big time.

I am 23, younger than you, and I am in a band, receiving a lot of success locally (Gotta start somewhere). You never know, we could do a gig for you on the Downs, that'll liven up that dull Sunday morning atmosphere you all bring to the pitch.

This posting has been hidden during moderation because it broke the House Rules in some way.

No, just the real world. Not an internet forum!

I think it is safe to say that we know we wont make the big time , which is why it is a hobbie!

And as for the "sunday morning atmosphere", you would be more than welcome to the downs then, seeing as we play on a Saturday afternoon.

The changing rooms will be just like your life, dull and empty!

Or you can pretend you are in a band, knowing you will never make the big time!

Pretend? <laugh>

Just go now, go kick a ball or something.

Why are you even wasting your time talking to me. Can you not just ignore me?

I'll endeavour to ignore you.

I think maybe you should taste a bit of your own medicine, and try and ignore things that annoy you.

If the Cheap and Little downs League annoys you, ignore it.

Spend the time chatting to your other on line friends instead.

It really is simple when you think about it!
