by the state of Plymouth bus station its a foul urine/bacon smelling pit!I had the misfortune to walk through there this Sunday am it was full of cowering travelers, junkies/alcoholics who were arguing who would by the drink, but what finished me off was the piped in adverts and organ music!

So people here would rather whine on about a concrete cancer ridden office block then a real problem like the image the bus station is projecting!

Keep trying Steve. <ok> I agree with you.

Pom doesn't know what all the fuss is about? Graffiti? That is not nearly as bad as the broken glass and fly tipping she sees and steps over in Telford Town Park.

Might be worth contacting your local press about it - you'd be amazed the effect some negative publicity will have on the council!

Bearing in mind April next year the new free bus travel will be coming in for
all those over 60, another good thing this Labour government has done.

So it is up to local authorities to get their act together in readiness, if they
like the government wish to get people of the roads and onto public transport.

I am so with you on this Stevo. Bretonside is still a horrible place for visitors to arrive at coming into Plymouth by bus. Dispite the painting/ improvements they have carried out. It's the building that is awful. It needs knocking down & rebuilding. Like they have Drakes Circus, which I didn't think as bad as Bretonside actually. Val
