So where was Churchill in the war ??
Where was Tony Blair and George Bush ??
Not in action...

Leadership is action - not position.

I have respect for Prince Andrew; he didn't have to go and his medal is genuine.

Cornetto Wales might melt in Iraq; a soldier isn't a soldier till he's done some soldiering.

White feather!

I doubt if he cares what you think..
You seem to have some sort of problem with people following orders...Do you think he should get a bus there ?? and go it alone..would that make you happy ??

Clearly you don't know very much about Churchill. He actually fought in the Boer War, was a prisoner of war and escaped after a 400 mile walk. You can't compare him to Blair and Bush !?
In any case Churchill was 65 in 1939 and thanks to his leadership the Nazi's were defeated.

Explain that doughnut!

This decision makes him look like a lying coward who knew all along he wasn't going to go.
I think he should appear on TV and tell us what he really wants to do..........If he won't fight for granny, and america's oil, why should everyone else???

Explain what?

He looks like a lying coward, who is grandmother is or why we are fighting in Iraq?

Too hard for you to understand I take it.

Harry should go but be a member of an American unit. They have better kit, there are more of them, he wouldn't be able to muck about, they control the press better and none of our own troops would be put at risk.

Pity the MoD didn't think of that.

""Harry WILL be sent to war after all—in strife-torn Afghanistan""

They stopped him going because of this...
I bet it will not stop you sniping at him though<doh>

""Despite reports that he was a sniper target, we can reveal the real danger in Iraq was even more serious. Intelligence chiefs warned that to be sure of getting Harry, insurgents planned to hit BOTH British camps in Basra with chlorine bombs, which kill victims by burning their lungs"".

Oh! Please give us all a break! The whole thing was a Saxe-Coburg PR spin set up.

You may also not have noticed, but there is a certain coroners hearing on at the moment.
