Im steve and i am looking into a fat/fitness club
the club is designed for people like my self who is over weight and gets bored with the same old gym Routine and may be likes to get out in the fresh air.
I dont like the word exercise, in stead i would like to call it play time.
The goal is to build up a exercise (play time)
routine of say:
kick boxing: Wednesday
sking/snow boading: friday
football : saturday
rock climing: sunday
kung fu: monday
these are just examples of things i might be into , But the idea is to have a fun and not make it a choir and meet new people at the same time
each session will be around 1-2 hours in the day and in the evenings.
Any thoughts and ideas please post
