REPAIRS TO MY DEHUMIDIFIER

Messages  1 - 3 of 3

Message 1 - posted by worcestershireman, Mar 28, 2007

I have an Ebac dehumidifier that needs repair. I suspect that it is the starter that has gone. However, all of the local repair shops that I am aware of say that they do not repair them and suggest that I return it to the manufacturer - but that is in Bishop Auckland, Co Durham - a long way from Worcestershire. Can anyone help please? (Worcester/Birmingham areas).

This posting has been hidden during moderation because it broke the House Rules in some way.

Hi, my message was removed for breaking the house rules, so I'll try again.

There is a guy in hereford who does this sort of thing. He always repairs my vaccuum cleaner. I couldn't remember his name but i found him by searching the guardian archives for ' hereford repairs' and the article about our modern disposable lifestyle came out first IIRC.

Hope this is some help.

Mods I hope this passes muster.
