Now then, RA fans. It's clear that we have - in Radio Oxford - a model radio station that listens and responds to listeners. These are the people that got 'Listen Again' going for Richard Allinson's new show within a couple of days of it being requested on the message boards.

So - let's start signing up to suggest to Radio Oxford that - as well as the excellent Sunday morning show - Richard gets a 3-hour slot on Saturday afternoons.

Bring The Wall of Sound to Radio Oxford!

Absolutely spot on digsbybob. Duly signed.

Richard allinson on Radio Oxford on Saturday afternoons for a 3 hour show would be just awesome.

Also Radio Oxford have been absolutely brilliant in not only signing Richard up but also responding so quickly to people's wishes for a Listen again feature. Well done Radio Oxford.

Richard Allinson rocks.

Fair enough, but has anyone actually said he's left Radio 2. It still clearly states that he's Radio 2 presenter and has another contract for a Sunday morning on BBC Oxford.

I think if he was to be given a show I would perfer to listen on a National Station. Listen Live online and then Listen Again is great, but will end after while be ignoring for people who listen outside Oxford.
